Delete your Tamil Event account

Tamil Event is operated by JJPlatform Studio. You can delete your account and associated data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Tamil Event app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Open Your data.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then permanently closed and your personal data is removed as described below.

Prefer email?

If you can’t access the app, email support@tamilevent.de from your account’s email address and ask us to delete your account. We’ll verify your identity and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo) and login.
• Your follows, posts, comments and in-app messages.
• Your tickets and saved preferences.

What may be kept (and for how long)

• Order and payment records required for tax, accounting and legal obligations are retained for up to 7 years, then deleted. These are kept only to meet the law and are not used to contact you.
• Anonymised, non-identifying records may be retained indefinitely.
